49 Superior Inland View Rooms and 50 Superior Sea View Rooms are fully refurbished for the 2009 summer season, creating comfortable, spacious accommodation. The Inland View Rooms will offer discreetly luxurious décor in sandy golds, dark browns and creams.
The Sea View Rooms will be elegant in design combining silvers, charcoals and blues.
Both types of accommodation will offer beautiful Zebrano timber furnishings, comfortable armchairs and delicate artwork above the bed depicting coastal images of waves and sand dunes. Feeling extravagant? Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol will be opening one ultra luxurious Executive Suite featuring 50 square meters of opulent living space as well as one Presidential Suite, of approximately 82 square metres. Deluxe Rooms: Inland view: Ninety-six deluxe rooms with inland views, equally distributed over four floors, whose balconies have been converted into luxuriously furnished sitting rooms. As these Rooms can accommodate a greater number of guests, they represent an ideal option for families with children. Recently refurbished, these splendidly appointed rooms come complete with marble bathrooms. Each Deluxe room with inland views measures approximately 31 m². Sleeps: Maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Sea View: Equally distributed over four floors of the Hotel the 103 Deluxe Rooms balconies offer magnificent views of the beautiful landscaped gardens and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. The Balconies with genuine teak furnishings are also ideal for intimate private dining. All of these recently refurbished Rooms are luxuriously furnished and equipped with marble Bathrooms. Each Deluxe Room with Sea Views measures 26 m². Sleeps: Maximum 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 Children. A number of these rooms on the fourth floor are reserved for non smokers, some are interconnecting with twin beds whilst others have a double bed. Two deluxe rooms with inland views on the first floor have been specially designed and equipped to ensure that guests with special needs will enjoy the maximum of convenience and comfort. Junior Suites: Junior Suites without Swimming Pool: On the second, third and fourth floors of the private Annex, are the 27 newly refurbished Open-Plan Suites. Their Balconies offer spectacular unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea and the splendid landscaped gardens of the Hotel. The spacious, luxurious Junior Suites are elegantly decorated and come furnished with a large Double Bed or (two) twin Beds, while the ample and exceptionally well appointed Lounge, separated from the Bedroom area by a wooden partition, is furnished with an armchair and a 3-seater settee that can be converted into an extra Double Bed. These Suites offer additional space thanks to the large balconies complete with teak furniture and sun bed. The Balconies are ideal for intimate private dining. Each Junior Suite measures approximately 37 m². Sleeps: Maximum 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 Children. Junior Suites with Swimming Pool: Located on the ground floor of the private Annex, the nine Junior Suites with Pool and Jacuzzi all enjoy spectacular unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Hotel’s extensive lawns and splendid gardens. The spacious, luxurious Junior Suites are elegantly decorated and come furnished with a large Double Bed or (two) twin Beds, while the exceptionally well appointed Lounge area, separated from the Bedroom area by a wooden partition, contains an armchair and a 3-seater settee that can be converted into an extra Double Bed. These Suites offer additional space thanks to the large Balconies and the private Pool area that boasts furnishings in genuine teak, complete with sun beds. Access to these exclusive Pools is through French windows leading onto the Balcony and an ideal place in which to enjoy a romantic dinner for two. The Suites are also equipped with a cordless telephone and a private sunbathing area, offer the ultimate in luxury, relaxation and privacy. The private Pools measure 7 by 2.4 metres and shelve from a minimum of 1 metre to a maximum of 1.5 metres in depth. The Junior Suite with private pool and Jacuzzi measures approximately 37 m². Suites: Executive Suites: There is an Executive Suite on each of the second, third and fourth floors of the main building of the Hotel. Both balconies overlook the pool, the beautiful landscaped gardens and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. All three Executive Suites consist of a luxuriously furnished and decorated living room with elegant parquet flooring and a bedroom with bathroom. Tastefully decorated, the living room has comfortable armchairs, a pull-out bed settee, a round dining table and a TV. A door from the living room leads to the elegantly decorated bedroom, which has a double bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite Bathroom, TV and mini bar. Executive Suite Amenities:
The Executive Suite on the 4th Floor can be extended by the inclusion of an interconnecting room, if required. Each Executive Suite measures approximately 50 m². Sleeps: Maximum 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 Children. Presidential Suite: Situated on the first floor of the main building of the Hotel, the Presidential Suite overlooks the pool, the landscaped gardens of the Hotel, and the sea beyond. The three spacious balconies are ideal for intimate private dinners set against the romantic backdrop of the Mediterranean. The elegant Presidential Suite has been recently refurbished and consists of a luxurious living room, antique-furnished bedroom, bathroom in Italian marble with bathtub, twin basins and toiletries by Bvlgari, a Washroom for guests and a separate walk-in wardrobe. There is also a large table for private dining or for Business Meetings. Designed by Italian architects and embellished by beautiful paintings on all the walls, the Living Room area is equipped with a Cocktail Cabinet and a Sitting area furnished with comfortable sofas, a dining table, an office desk, and a cordless telephone. The Bedroom is decorated to the highest standards and boasts a king-size Bed, a marble bathroom with Jacuzzi, a shower cabinet and a walk-in wardrobe.
