Cancellation & No-Show Policy
For Season A/B/C (excluding villas)
In case of cancellation up to 18 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is required.
In case of cancellation within 17 days prior to arrival, the amount of 2 nights is retained as cancellation fee. No-Show or Early Departure: the whole amount will be charged.

For Season D/E (excluding villas) (22/6-30/9)
In case of cancellation up to 18 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is required.
In case of cancellation within 17 days to 11 days prior to arrival, the amount of 2 nights is retained as cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation within 10 days prior to arrival, No-Show or Early Departure: the whole amount will be charged

For Season A/B/C (for villas)
In case of Cancellation up to 47 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is required.
In case of cancellation within 46 days prior to arrival the amount of 50% of the hotel room revenue is retained as cancellation fee.
No-Show or Early Departure: whole amount will be charged.

For Season D/E (for villas) (22/6-30/9)
In case of cancellation up to 67 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is required.
In case of cancellation within 66 days to 11 days prior to arrival the amount of 50% of the hotel room revenue is retained as cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation within 10 days prior to arrival, No-Show or Early Departure: the whole amount will be charged.
