The Above Special Rates are inclusive of all taxes, services and Continental Breakfast..

For reservations of 2 nights stay, a 50% prepayment is required and for 3 nights and more a 40%.

Transfer with taxi: 2 - 3 persons the cost is 30 euro and for each additional person plus 5 euro.For 2 persons the charge is 45 euro per way with private taxi
Transfer with mini bus: 2 or 3 persons the cost is 30 euro and for 4 persons the cost is 35 euro.For 5 to 20 persons up the cost is 7 euro per person per day.
2 children under 8 years old are considered as one person on the pricelist.

Policy for children under 8 years old
Families with 1 child under 8 years old, is free of charge.
Families with 2 children under 8 years old, the children are consider as 1 person for the pricelist, with 3 children are considered as two and for 3 children as 2 persons.

CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW SEASON & MIDDLE
If a reservation is cancelled:

• 22 days or more prior to the arrival date, no fee is charged
• 21 to 8 days prior to the arrival date, 33% of the total cost of the stay is charged
• 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged
• In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged

HIGH SEASON
If a reservation is cancelled:

• 25 days or more prior to the arrival date, , no fee is charged
• 25 to 15 days prior to the arrival date, 33% of the total cost of the stay is charged
• 14 to 8 prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged
• 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged
• In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
