A PASSION FOR GOLF:

The 18 hole, 73 par, 6200 meters Golf Course of the Klassis Golf & Country Club was designed by one of the world's foremost golfers, Tony Jacklin and entirely meets European norms and standards.

The number 2 hole, is the " Signature Hole " of Klassis Golf & Country Club. As the most difficult and the most challenging hole of the course, number 2 is 559 meters long and with water on the drive and the fairway slopes going towards the water hazard.

As well as the Championship Course the Club also has 9 hole Academy Course for those who are new to this very enjoyable and social sport. Under the supervision of a the professionals, both Turkish and foreign Golf Instructors are available for golf tutoring on this training course.

Klassis Golf & Country Club also has a 230 meters long Driving Range and a Putting Green which are illuminated at night. English, French and Belgian experts were consulted during the designed stage thus ensuring that the course is both "exciting " and " balanced ".

Having hosted PGA European Challenge Tour in 1997 and 1998 and PGA Seniors Tour in 1999, this Championship Course is the major venue for both International and Local Tournaments.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS:

• Championship Golf Course: Turkey's first International Golf Course, 18 holes, par 73, 6200 meters. The Course consists of four par 3, five par 5, and nine par 4 holes. The greens are on average 450 square meters and each hole has four 15m.x7m. tees, one for new players, one for ladies, one for men and the other for professional players.
• Academy Golf Course: The ideal course for those who are still new to the game. It has nine par 3 holes and measures 851 meters long. The greens on this Course are 250 square meters on average.
• Driving range: The driving range is 230 meters long and 150 meters wide and has twenty mats plus space on grass tees for an additional fifteen players.
• Putting Green: Has nine holes in approximately 800 square meters and includes two bunkers.
• Golf Carts: There are 40 Golf Carts available at the Course. Each has a sun shade and windshield. The carts run incredibly quietly and can barely be heard. ( 63 db. at 4 meters ).
• Pro-Shop: In this Shop the golfer can find everything that he or she needs for the game, including Callaway, Foot joy, Titleist, Top flite and the other well known brands.

THE WORLD OF HORSE RIDING:

• Equestrian Center, is situated in over 5,472 meters of land with a Reception Area, Lounge, Dressing Rooms, Showers and a Cafeteria that can seat 65 persons. The open manage is 50 m x 90 m and includes bleaches that can sit 450 persons with a covered manage of 60 m x 25 m seating 350 persons. In the Equestrian Center, young riders and the children just starting this prestigious sport can enjoy the Pony Club which is supervised by professional team. Voltige which means Gymnastic exercise performed on horse-back.
• Club's Riding Stables consists of 75 stalls of which 21 are reserved for the Club's own horses and ponies and a further 54 for members livery. Saddle and Shoe Rooms, feed storage areas, interior watering courtyard adds to the professional care and boarding facilities for all its horses as well as providing ideal riding conditions. Equestrian Center at Klassis Golf & Country has everything from day riding to jumping competitions. The hills and valleys within the Club's oak tree forest constitutes an ideal setting for open rides.

• Outdoor Swimming Pools: The Olympic sized Outdoor Swimming Pool situated in front of the Club House is the ideal site for Water Gymnastics, under the supervision of trainers. The Olympic Swimming Pool has its own Cafeteria and Children's Pool. Additionally, there is a smaller Pool in front of the Golf Hotel which has its own Snack Bar, Water Slide and Children's Pool.
• Tennis Courts: There are 4 tartan Tennis Courts. Two of these Courts have been illuminated for night time contests.
• Basketball-Volleyball-Mini Football: These compact Courts are the perfect site for a perfect match of Basketball, Volleyball or Tennis. You can also enjoy Mini Football on the grass pitch.
• Mountain Bikes: There are a number of gear-drive Mountain Bikes of various sizes available at the Club.
• Table Tennis: A professional size Table Tennis is waiting for you.
• Billiards: There are 2 Pool and 2 Billiard Tables available at the Member's Lounge.
