valid for the GCC Markets, U.A.E. residence and during

Check in time is 15.00hrs and check out
time is 12.00noon.
Early
check in and late check out is subject to availability and charges are
applicable as per hotel policy.
An early check in request need to be booked in
advance. 50% charge of the nightly rate will apply
for check out up to
21.00hrs.
For check out after 21.00hrs, a full night rate will be
applied.
Full Board Supplement at $85 per adult and $45 per
child.
Cancellation
Policy :
Period A:
Cancellation made 16 days or less prior to arrival, 3 nights will be
charged on meal plan booked.
Period B: Cancellation made 32 days or less prior to arrival, 3 nights
will be charged on meal plan booked.
Period C & Weekends: Cancellation made 9 days or less prior to
arrival, 1 night will be charged on meal plan booked.
No Show: 100% of the booking will be charged on meal plan
booked.
Early Departure: Early departures will be charged accordingly to the
remaining room nights' revenue booked.
Name
Changes: No name changes will be accepted once the booking is
confirmed.
Name
changes after the confirmation are considered cancellation and will
incur the applicable cancellation fee as per policy. The
booking will
be cancelled and a new booking will be made subject to best available
rate.
