Within 9-6 days prior to arrival at 15.00 hrs, 90% charge on total
booking.

5 days or less prior to arrival at 15.00 hrs / No Show, 100% charge on
total booking.
Period B, C & D :
Within 30-17 days prior to arrival at 15.00 hrs, 25% charge on total
booking.
Within 16-10 days prior to arrival at 15.00 hrs, 45% charge on total
booking.
Within 9-6 days prior to arrival at 15.00 hrs, 90% charge on total
booking.
Within
5 days or less prior to arrival at 15.00 hrs / No Show, 100% charge on
total booking.
Early
Departure : 100% of the booked period will be charged should
a guest
depart ahead of the booked date of departure.
Name Changes : No name changes will
be accepted once the booking is confirmed. Name changes after the
confirmation are considered cancellation and will incur the applicable
cancellation fee as per policy. The booking will be cancelled
and a
new booking will be made subject to best available
rate.
