Open: Year Round...The main purpose of Dervas family was the combination of the traditional characteristics of Zagori with the comfort and the luxury of a modern hotel. The hotel is open all year long, winter and summertime.
Hotel Melina is a traditional, stone-built building that is constructed according to the fabulous architecture of Zagori. It is found at the entrance of village Kipi. It is operating since 2005 and provides high-quality services in this beautiful region.
The finery wooden ceilings, the hand-made bronze lamps, the painted fireplaces and the interior wall-surfaces are combined absolutely with the excellent quality of the furniture, the impressive colour-changes as well as the modern bathrooms offering hydro-massage and jacuzzi. The Greek tourism authorities rated our hotel as one of the top five of all the hotels of Ioannina Prefecture.
Melina Hotel is located at the picturesque village of Kipi at Zagori, near Ioannina.
Zagori is a picturesque, traditional region of Ioannina Prefecture. It is a destination for all year long. Also, it is only 30 km far away from Ioannina, the capital of Epirus region. The flora and fauna of the area is rich and rare, with many protected species, really very interesting for the visitor.

Suite
Attic, 65 square metres, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It allocates a big-double bed, a double bed, heating with temperature control, housekeeping, TV, DVD, radio, breakfast and bathroom with Jacuzzi in the bath.
Maisonettes
The one maisonette has two single beds at the 1st level (the one bed a sofa, which becomes bed and the other one, is a regular bed). The other maisonette has one double bed at the first level and another one at the second level. Each maisonette can accommodate up to 4 guests. Each maisonette has a cabin with hydro-massage, fireplace, sitting room, TV, heating with temperature control, housekeeping, balcony with fantastic view and breakfast.
Triple rooms
The triple rooms allocate a double bed, a sofa that is changed to bed and a TV. Also, the two of the rooms have a fireplace while the third room has also a private veranda.

The double rooms are equipped with double bed, TV, housekeeping, heating with temperature control, bathroom with shower, breakfast. Also, the one of them has a private veranda.
