Five stone villas are spread over the western slopes of a lush green hill with olive trees in the area of Asplathia, 6 km north west of Lefkada town and 7 km from the beach of Agios Nikitas. There is a private swimming pool, a parking area, gardens and a wide paved court enclosed by a stone yard in each villa. A stone yard also surrounds the entire house.

The Asplathia Villas are beautifully integrated and have views of the Ionian Sea and the mountainous sides of Lefkada in the lush green natural setting. All villas combine simplicity with wealth, natural elegance with modern luxury, so that tourists will have the impression that the inner rooms and the pools and gardens are a whole place, ready for you to enjoy it at all times.

Combined with traditional furniture, the colours of the internal rooms create a fun and calming atmosphere. 

A basket featuring traditional specialties welcomes visitors.

Αsplathia is set in an elevated position looking out on to olive groves and green cypresses. Agios Nikitas Beach on the Ionian Sea is situated 7 km from the Αsplathia Villas and only 6 km from Lefkada Town centre. Free private parking is provided on site.
