The Junior Suites are located on the 20-storey tower and are all facing the Aegean Sea. Having the size of two standard rooms, they consist of a master bedroom and a living room divided by a wooden sliding divider. The bedroom has a dedicated dressing area, wooden closet and a full bathroom. The living room contains a round table with four armchairs and a sofa that can be converted into two beds. The two predominant color schemes of the upholstery, the wall coverings and the carpets are either turquoise blue or orange brown.

As their name implies the seven Corner Suites VIP Suites are located on the corner of each of the floors in the Executive VIP wing. All have a balcony facing the outdoor pools and the hotel's gardens.
They consist of a main bedroom with a king size bed and a secondary room with two single beds. The two rooms are separated by a wooden sliding panel. The predominant color scheme chosen for carpets, upholstery, wall coverings and curtains is dark brown creating an impact of class and prestige for the guests.

The two interconnected Presidential Villas are located on the top of a green hill overlooking the entire resort complex and the deep-blue Aegean Sea.
